Snow parks

On the Shuttleberg you will find the biggest snow park in Austria: The Absolut Park

Several national and international snowboard and freeski contests are organized here every year and confirm the high quality of the freestyle park. And if you've always wanted to try one of the six Burton The Stash Parks that exist worldwide, you've come to the right place: We have a big Stash and a Lil' Stash with smaller obstacles for freestyle beginners.

Absolut Park

The Absolut Park is not only Austria’s biggest snow park, but it is also one of the most famous terrain parks in the world. In an area of over 1.5 kilometres in length, freeskiers and snowboarders are spoilt with choice thanks to around 100 kickers, boxes and rails, which are maintained daily by an experienced shape crew.

Whether you are a pro or a freestyle beginner, there are different areas for different levels in the Absolut Park. You'll certainly find obstacles that suits your abilities.

The Absolut Park is located along the Absolut Shuttle, beginning at the top station and continuing all the way down to the Chill House.

The Stash

Jibs, powder, and creative lines

The Stash Park does not offer you perfectly groomed slopes, but instead, you can get creative. There are obstacles made of wood and snow integrated into the natural terrain, and you can usually ride them in several ways. The terrain also offers plenty of opportunities for powder runs.

Originally, Jake Burton and snowboard legend Craig Kelly had the idea for The Stash, and there are only six of these parks worldwide. The American artist Bob King made the hand-carved figures and obstacles.

The Stash starts below the top station of the Powder Shuttle, directly after the Lil' Stash, and extends all over the terrain to the bottom station.

Lil’ Stash

The perfect introduction to freestyle adventure

The Lil' Stash is an area with broad, easy to ride wooden boxes and rails, a wave track and three small kickers in a row. Here kids and beginners can slowly and without risk try first freestyle tricks before they venture to the larger obstacles in The Stash.

The Lil' Stash is located directly below the top station of the Powder Shuttle, on top of The Stash.
